Practice Days

  • Scheduled Practice Days Monday

Tuesday - Thursday 6:00 pm -

7:30 pm

Attendance Requirements :

  • All cheerleaders are required to attend scheduled practices on the designated days. Missed Practices - If a cheerleader misses 2 or more practices in a single week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday), they will not be allowed to cheer in the following Saturday's event or game.

Excused vs. Unexcused Absences Excused Absences

  • Absences may be excused for valid reasons such as illness, family emergencies, or prior commitments that are communicated to the coach in advance. Unexcused Absences - Any absence not communicated or deemed unnecessary by the coach may be classified as unexcused and will count towards the total number of missed practices. 1.

Participation

  • Active Involvement All cheerleaders are expected to actively participate in all practices, games, and events. Attendance is crucial for team cohesion and success. Engagement: Cheerleaders should show enthusiasm and commitment during practices and performances. This includes learning routines, supporting teammates, and contributing to a positive atmosphere

Respect

  • Respect for Teammates: Each cheerleader must treat fellow team members with kindness and respect at all times. Encouragement, constructive feedback, and support are essential to building a strong team bond. Respect for Coaches: Cheerleaders should listen to and follow the guidance of coaches. They must communicate any concerns or issues respectfully and professionally.

Kindness

  • Cheer Sisterhood: Cheerleaders are encouraged to foster a sense of sisterhood within the team. This means uplifting one another, celebrating each other's successes, and providing support during challenges. Positive Communication: All members should communicate honestly and kindly. Harsh criticism or negative comments that undermine a teammate’s confidence will not be tolerated

    Dedicating Time to Team Bonding Team

  • Activities: Participation in team-building activities, whether social gatherings or workshops, is highly encouraged to strengthen relationships and trust among teammates. Encouragement: Cheerleaders should actively encourage one another during performances, practices, and competitions to create a supportive environment.

    Accountability

  • Parents are responsible for keeping track of their cheerleader’s attendance and must communicate with coaches about any absences as early as possible. Coaches will monitor attendance and inform cheerleaders of their eligibility to participate in upcoming events based on their attendance record.
